Frequently Asked Questions
The summer and fall of your senior year are the most popular times for senior pictures, followed closely by March and April just before graduation.
Most families book their session 3 to 4 months in advance, especially if they want prime summer dates, weekends, fall color, spring flowers, or specific locations.
That said, don't assume it's too late. We always try to leave room in our schedule for last-minute sessions, so it's worth reaching out no matter where you are in your senior year.
Just keep in mind that some things require planning ahead. We can't make flowers bloom out of season, create fall color in July, or guarantee weekend availability once our calendar fills.
If you know you want a specific season, location, or look, the earlier you book, the better.

From downtown Indianapolis to small towns across Central Indiana, we're always happy to travel for senior sessions and will help coordinate the details to make it easy.

Whether it's Nashville, New York City, the Utah Salt Flats, Hawaii, Paris, or another destination you've always wanted to photograph in, we're always open to the adventure. If you have a dream location in mind, let's talk about it.
For destination sessions, travel and accommodations are covered by the client, and a higher minimum purchase will apply. Every destination is different, so let's talk about your dream location and see what's possible. If it's possible, we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
Most seniors see their images within 7 to 10 days of their session, and often even sooner.
While there may occasionally be times when turnaround is a little faster or a little longer due to our schedule, 7 to 10 days is a great expectation for most sessions.
We know you're excited to see your images, and we work hard to get them into your hands as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality and attention to detail we're known for.
You’re not alone — and it’s completely okay. Honestly, some of my favorite sessions start with, “I’m doing this for mom.” I spend time getting to know the senior and their wants. Most seniors leave saying it was way easier and more fun than they expected.
We are happy to help narrow down outfits before your session. We can text it out, send photos of your outfit options so I can help create the best variety. I also have a client style closet that you can borrow from that includes clothes, shoes, accessories and even cap and gowns.We are
